My client is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a permanent position with a negotiable work pattern (3days a week), based in Northamptonshire, with the possibility of hybrid working. This new and pivotal post was created to develop the finance function and actively support rapid organisational change.

Key Duties
Management of the day-to-day function of the finance department
You will be responsible for the company”s financial management and controls, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and risk management
Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Track performance, analyse variances, and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
Strengthen financial processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency
Work closley with key stakeholders both Internally and Externally
