My client is a leading privately owned Motor Retail business with strong profit delivery generated with over 10 UK Dealerships (new and used) across the South of England & London

As part of the companies continued growth both organic and via M&A FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a high calibre and experience Group Finance Director join the business.

Working closely with the Chairman and Group MD across the UK wide dealerships, this will be a key appointment to the board.
The ideal candidate will be formally qualified with PQE, and prior experience gained within Motor Retail in a senior finance capacity.

This employer has a well-established team of operational financial controllers at site / dealership level therefore enabling the successful candidate to focus more on commercial value add and strategic growth.

Prior experience operating at Finance Director or CFO level is essential, with demonstrated exposure in the below areas:
– Cash and Working Capital Management
– Business Analysis and Improvement
– Cost Reduction
– Acquisitions and Disposals
– Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and KPI”s
– Management of relationships with Banks, Auditors etc.
