Our client is a well respected Manufacturing business ideally situated in CV2 area of Warwickshire and with its hybrid working offering makes commutable from across the East & West Midlands.

As a result of internal promotion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Part, Qualified or QBE Qualified Accountant to join the business as Management Accountant

Working closely with the Finance Manager, this position operates as the No 3 in Finance taking responsibility for the below.

• Monthly Management accounts with commentary and analysis
• Budget to Actual variance analysis
• Preparation of monthly financial statements: Journals, Accruals and Prepayments
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations
• Reconciliation and Recharge intercompany expenses.
• Bank Reconciliations multi-Currency
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Internal & External Audit Quarterly and Annually
• Stock and WIP management – Stock: Delivery, Reconciliation and monthly Provisions
• Assist with preparation of Month End & Year-End for Coventry Business whilst working closely with Group Finance
• Oversee Payroll – over 100 Monthly site based staff
• Daily use of MS Dynamics / Navision, Sage and MS Excel.
This is a varied and challenging position that offers great exposure across all areas of Financial / Management / Commercial Accounting whilst being supported by a great finance manager.

This role can be suited to a candidate wanting either a steady or progressive role with study support being offered for those still working towards AAT / ACCA / CIMA
