FRS are recruiting an Operations Manager for a dynamic and growing SME manufacturing business based in Derbyshire. The business are well known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

With a strong reputation in their sector and a clear growth strategy the Director is now looking to recruit an Operations Manager to grow with the business with potential progression available in the future.

Duties Will Include

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives / Directors ambition Drive operational efficiencies & looking at cost savings Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure product standards are maintained
Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
Collaborate with finance, sales & other departments to ensure seamless day to day operations
Report regularly to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning
