We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Sales Executive to join a small, dedicated team. You’ll manage and grow existing relationships while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face client interaction, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, ambitious team.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintaining and developing a portfolio of existing retail accounts
Proactively identifying and winning new business
Regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand customer needs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and product delivery
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors
A proactive, self-starting attitude and strong relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
What’s on offer:
Competitive salary of £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
