Our client is a well-established firm of Solicitors situated on the outskirts of Wolverhampton with ambitious plans for growth ahead.

As part of the companies continued expansion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a experienced Finance & Business Manager to join the firm

This position is being recruited on a full time permanent basis and offers a high level of flexibility for hybrid working.

A newly created position this role is being recruited to work closely with the Senior Partner to take ownership of the Finance & Business Management for the firm to enable them to focus in a more practicing / fee earning capacity.

Responsibilities can include

• Management of support staff including Training/Recruitment – HR, H&S and Finance
• Operational Performance Control & Review, Refine and Develop KPI’s / Metrics / MI to monitor performance, Tendering & Bids for news business and growth
• Business Partnering, building and maintain relationships with Partners and Fee Earners
• Practitioner Work-Stream Coordination/Mentoring Support
• Financial Governance & Control (Assistant COFA), Regulatory & Statutory Compliance/Policies/ Controls
• Facilities Management/Supplier Outsourcing, Marketing, IT and General Firm Administration.

Applicants must have previously and recent experience gained operating within the legal services industry ideally operating at Practice Manager, Finance Manager, Legal Cashiering Capacity.
A sound understanding as to the industry including Regulations / SRA is essential to this role along with the ability to build and develop a high functioning support staff team.

In return this position promises to be both varied and progressive with excellent scope for ongoing development as part of the firms expansion

A basic salary of up to £50,000 Benefits will be offered.
