The opportunity exists for a marketing manager to join the core team and help the company develop a strong in-house marketing capability and manage the growth of the company’s various brands.

You will be the first marketing person on staff so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to prove yourself and develop your career at the same time as helping to grow the business.
We are looking for someone with a sound practical knowledge of marketing plus broad and varied experience who is looking for their first step into management and test themselves in a demanding new role.

The ideal candidate will be someone with the potential to drive strategy and lead a department in a few years’ time. Initially, however, this will be a hands-on role so the successful candidate will need to be flexible and agile – willing to do whatever it takes to make the various brands successful.

There is no shortage of market opportunity so deciding where to focus activity will be of prime importance. There will be an approved marketing budget to pay for external specialist support.

The company has ambitious growth plans and some very exciting products that are already established and selling well. Your ability to progress, and your rate of progress, to become a key player in this business will be based entirely on your own achievements.

This is a full-time position based at the companies head office in Nuneaton
Salary is negotiable in the region of £40,000 benefits and bonus depending on experience
