FRS are recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Warwick. The role will initially be based over a 3-4 week period with potential extensions TBC.

Suitable candidates will be immediately available & have 1-2 years” Purchase Ledger experience.

Duties Will Include:
Daily processing of supplier invoices
Matching invoices to PO”s & obtaining the correct authorization
Coding supplier invoices
Dealing with any invoice queries
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Posting petty cash, personal expense claims through the purchase ledger
Processing of the monthly credit cards’ statements
Assisting the Finance Manager with processing VAT Returns for the UK & Europe sites
